When listing a server on HavocBird MC, you agree that:

• Server descriptions must not contain NSFW content, profanity, or offensive material
• Server icons and banners must be appropriate and non-offensive
• Free accounts are limited to one server listing; premium accounts may list additional servers
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent server information
• Manipulate rankings or voting through bots, multiple accounts, or other means
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Circumvent any rate limiting or security measures

5. Voting System

The voting system is provided to help users discover quality servers. Each user may vote for a server once per day. Any attempt to manipulate votes through automated means, multiple accounts, or vote exchange schemes will result in the removal of fraudulent votes and potential account suspension.

6. Premium Services

Premium features may be offered on a subscription basis. Premium benefits include the ability to list multiple servers and access to enhanced features. Premium subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The HavocBird MC name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of content you submit (server descriptions, images, etc.), but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content as part of our services. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

HavocBird MC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the content, safety, or legality of any Minecraft server listed on our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HavocBird MC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
